According to the LOCATION OF FOOD, it is divided into three categories: Earth Food, Ground Food and Sun Food.
LOCATION OF FOOD
(1) Earth Food
- Food growing below the ground. These foods are healing and cleansing in nature. Eg. beetroot, carrot.
(2) Ground Food
- Food growing from the ground to about 3 feet gives strength. Eg. grains
(3) Sun Food
Sun food is of two categories
- food growing 3 feet above the ground to 11 feet. it gives nourishment. Eg. fruits.
- Food growing above 11 feet gives instant energy. Eg. tender coconut juice.
NATURE OF FOOD
According to the NATURE or GUNA OF FOOD It is classifies into Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic
Satvic food is that which has lots of POSITIVE PRANA. It helps in keeping brahmacharya and is beneficial for meditation as it does not disturbs the mind. Eg. fruits, grains, nuts, cooked food with less spices and so on. It increases Sattva and is therefore helpful in knowing your true nature which manifests and UNCONDITIONAL or ALL EMBRACING LOVE. Remember what Jesus said: “but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.” This what sattwa means. Imagine that you are a mother and nursing your child on your lap. What if your child slaps you, would you slap him back? You wouldn’t, right! Why because its your child; the child is part of yourself and you are responsible for him. So, because of your overflowing love for your child, you would turn your other cheek. This is the play of love and no EGO is involved. This is Sattwa.
Rajasic Food is that which propels you to be active. This kind of food has NEGATIVE PRANA and is stimulating in nature. People in the path of brahmacharya dont eat rajasic food. Eg. Onion, Garlic, brinjal / eggplant, chillies, tea, coffee, drugs and so on. All the tastes except Sweet are rajasic.
Tamasic food is that which makes us dull and lazy. It contains ZERO PRANA and is good as SHIT. Eg. Previous days food, Frozen food, old meat, Re-cooked food, Packet Foods (biscuits etc), bottled drinks. These food have the effect of POISON on the body and cause diseases.
QUALITIES OF FOOD TO BE EATEN
(1) Whole Food
Whole food means in its natural state. Eg. rice, wheat, pulses / lentils with its husks. If it is eaten unhusked/ without the covering it damages the organs. I see that people peel the skin of apples and then eat. It is not good.
(2) Fresh Food
fresh food means food that is fresh not stale or old. It also means food without pesticides and other shelf life promoting things. In other words ORGANIC FOOD. Previous days leftovers should not be used. Ayurveda says that cooked food should be eaten within 45 minutes of cooking after that bacterial infection/ food decomposition starts.
(3) Locally sourced
In ayurveda they say that (wo)man should eat only those food that grows within a radius that can be covered by walking in a day. But in this highly praised globalised world this rule is broken. Like the song in the hindi movie Shree 420: mera jhoota hai japani; we pride in our spices from italy, fruits from china and WHAT SHIT FROM WHERENOT. Please avoid this eat locally sourced food only.
QUALITIES OF FOOD NOT TO BE EATEN or POISONOUS FOODS
This is a famous expression. But do you know its full implication. KNOW HERE.
(4) MICROWAVED AND GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOOD
Microwaving is an artificial way of heating food. This along with electric stove/ coffee makers should be avoided. Fire from firewood is best. Second best is gas stove. The rest are not good and is best avoided. Now research is done on genetically engineered (GM food) food to increase shelf life and other properties. GMO Genetically Modified Organisms is equally worse. It is like playing god. If you cannot be humans properly then how can you play god. It is playing with fire. THIS IS AGAINST NATURE AND IT CAN NEVER BE GOOD FOR YOU.
(5) PROCESSED and PACKAGED FOOD
All processed and packaged food should be avoided. Processed food causes constipation and is done to increase shelf life. See everything has a life span isn’t it after that it will begin to decay. So avoid it.
(6) CHEMICALS IN FOOD
Nowadays food is accompanied by chemicals even right before planting. Artificial fertilizers, hormone injected animals and birds, herbicides and pesticides are used liberally. This is clear inorganic food and brings toxins into the body. Hormones are used to grow animals for meat quickly; if we eat it our cell division increases. You might have noticed that puberty is now starting very early and the the rise of child sex and pedophilia. It means are becoming sexually mature fast hence rise in sex with or involving children.
(7) REFINED FOOD
Here the natural nature of food is manipulated to improve its appearance, texture and taste. This is called REFINING FOOD, after this NOTHING NATURAL REMAINS. Removing brain and husk of grains, using crystal sugar, all your chocolates, cookies, biscuits, sweets made of refined crystal sugar and every other thing now available and will be made available by bastard men.
(8) FROZEN FOOD
Fozen food and cooking it is WORSE THAN SHIT. Your refrigerators are not good.
(9) CHEMICALLY PRESERVED FOOD
Take any packaged food and read its ingredients, you will find preservatives used in it to increase shelf life. This is poisonous.
(10) FERMENTED FOODS
Now fermentation has become a fashion. This type of food is good as shit. The more old it is the more shitty. And people are spending lots of money buying shit.
(11) FRIED FOOD
This is another example of shitty food.
(12) FOOD ADDITIVES, FLAVORINGS AND COLORINGS
Avoid food having these. Most of the restaurants use these in their food.
(13) SUGARY/ SWEETENED AND SALTY FOOD
Food having refined crystal sugar and refined salts should be avoided. This type of food is commonly seen now. Sweets made of jaggery and natural ingredients is best and Rock salt is best, second comes sea salt. Crystal iodised refined powdery salt IS PURE POISON.
(14) SPICY/ HOT FOOD
Spicy food heats up your blood and weaken semen in moth men and women and is weakening. Red chilli powder is the worst and nowadays chemically made spicy stuff is used instead of chillies. It is poisonous.
(15) CARBONATED FOOD
Carbonated beverages is high fashion nowadays. This is bad for the body.
(16) STALE and NOT FRESH FOOD
Nowadays people have started eating previous days leftovers mostly kept in fridge. This food is good as SHIT.
(17) PRESSURE COOKED FOOD
Food prepared using pressure cooker is good as shit. Ayurveda says that anything cooked above 100 degree celsius is SHIT. So your pressure cooked rice and other other thing is shit. MAHAPRASA OF JAGANATH PURI is COOKED IN CLAY POTS. See, GODS EATS POT COKED FOOD and FOOLS EAT PRESSURE COOKED FOOD.
Medicined prepared in boilers is also good as SHIT. Most of Ayurvedic medicines are made using boilers whose temperature goes above 100 degrees.
(19) HEATING ALREADY COOKED FOOD
This now commonly seen, heating an already cooked food. This should not be done as it is poisonous.
(20) INCOMPATIBLE FOOD OR VIRUDHAHAR
Nowadays people like to mix things anyway they like, if you give them shit they will also add it. This is also dangerous. A separate post on incompatible food will be posted later.
